Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Sales and Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Sales and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, and generating sales revenue. Your expertise in kitchen design and sales will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their dream kitchens.


  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for their kitchen projects.
  • Utilize your expertise in kitchen design to create functional and visually appealing kitchen layouts, considering factors such as ergonomics, space utilization, and design trends.
  • Present design concepts to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback.
  • Provide detailed product information and educate clients about various kitchen materials, appliances, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates, including pricing, materials, and installation costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote kitchen products, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, new products, and design innovations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues throughout the design and installation process.


  • Minimum of [2] years of experience in kitchen sales and design, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.
  • Strong proficiency in kitchen design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design) and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen materials, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on design trends and innovations.
  • A degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
